Hello viewers! I am a hotelier who is also nuts about enjoying a good sandwich – from healthy to nasty and everything in between. Over 15 years in culinary and hotel operations and still nothing can beat what can go between the breadsheets- yes, sexy sandwiches indeed. It is important to also be sustainable in our approach. The reality is that Global Warming won’t kill the planet; it will however make Earth uninhabitable for people – therefore the planet will ultimately survive beyond our pollution, however humans may possibly not.
